APG stocks the 0284062, a black Buna-N (Nitrile) 70 Shore A O-Ring Cord Stock built to a cross section of 0.062 in (1.57 mm). An o-ring cord stock eliminates long lead times on large-diameter custom rings.

As a material, Buna-N (Nitrile) delivers strong abrasion and tear resistance, the most widely specified general-purpose sealing elastomer. The material holds up against many alcohols, water, and petroleum-based oils. It is not the right choice where strong acids or ozone and direct sunlight are present.
