0297093 is a black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A square profile O-Ring Cord Stock built to a cross section of 0.093 in (2.36 mm). In service, this o-ring cord stock eliminates long lead times on large-diameter custom rings.

Viton® (FKM) is known for very low compression set at elevated temperature and long service life in hot, chemically aggressive environments. It resists many acids, petroleum oils and fuels, and engine and transmission fluids. Applications involving ketones and esters or low-molecular-weight organic acids call for a different compound.

It sees regular use in automotive fuel systems, chemical processing, and aerospace.
