*1-1/4" THREAD SEAL

This thread seal is supplied in black Buna-N (Nitrile) built to an inside diameter of 1.25 in (31.75 mm), catalogued under part number ATS7500-1-1/4. It seals at the threaded joint so the fastener itself carries the sealing function.

The material holds up against water, propane and butane, and many alcohols. That behavior comes from the compound itself: Buna-N (Nitrile) is known for an economical choice for high-volume maintenance programs and the most widely specified general-purpose sealing elastomer. Rated temperature range runs from -40°F (-40°C) to 250°F (121.1°C) in continuous service.
