APG stocks the 13850RF062E0150FC, a green Klingersil C-4401 Class 900 ring face Flange Gasket built to a 1.5 inch nominal pipe size, a Class 900 pressure rating, and a thickness of 0.062 inch. A flange gasket compresses between two pipe flanges under bolt load to create a leak-tight joint. Source specification: NPS, 0.062 THK.

As a material, Klingersil C-4401 is widely chosen for clean release and easy removal at teardown, a calendered, compressed fiber structure bound with elastomer. This material stands up to hydrocarbons, steam and hot water, and elevated flange loads. It should not be specified for service in service beyond the published pressure-temperature envelope or strong oxidizing acids in some grades.
