3TCNA100 is an APG Aluminum Combination Nipple supplied with a 1 inch nominal size. In service, this combination nipple joins a hose shank to a male NPT thread in one piece.

It resists general atmospheric corrosion, weathering, and many petroleum products. Aluminum is widely chosen for economical cost per connection and reduced operator fatigue on frequent connection cycles. Exposure to strong acids and alkalis or galvanic pairing with dissimilar metals will shorten service life.
