Braided Inconel Wire is specified here for braided construction that conforms to the stuffing box and field-cuttable rings for fast, inexpensive repacking. It resists elevated temperature and pressure, process media, and shaft wear. Rated for service to approximately 1200°F. It is not the right choice where running dry without flush or over-tightening of the gland are present.
