1" C/S (25.4 MM) 70 duro EPDM CORD

APG stocks the 02821, a black EPDM (EPR) 70 Shore A O-Ring Cord Stock built to a cross section of 1 in (25.4 mm). An o-ring cord stock supports field repair of oversized or non-standard sealing grooves without a special tooling charge.

This material stands up to brake fluid, dilute acids and alkalis, and ozone, UV and weathering. That behavior comes from the compound itself: EPDM (EPR) delivers very good flexibility at low temperature, strong performance in outdoor and exposed installations. Exposure to petroleum oils and fuels or aromatic hydrocarbons will shorten service life.

Maintenance and OEM teams specify it across potable water applications, brake and phosphate ester systems, and HVAC and refrigeration.
