1" GFO GRAPHITE/PTFE PACKING

The 11801000-10 is a G.F.O. Packing Compression Packing supplied with a 1 inch square cross section. This compression packing is cut into rings and stacked in a stuffing box, then compressed by the gland to seal a rotating or reciprocating shaft. The catalog record notes: 10 LB. Box - Approx. 14 FT.

G.F.O. Packing is specified here for dependable service life when correctly adjusted and field-cuttable rings for fast, inexpensive repacking. The compound resists shaft wear, process media, and elevated temperature and pressure. Rated for service to approximately 550°F. Verify compatibility before use with running dry without flush or over-tightening of the gland.
