A flange gasket seals a bolted flange connection across the full pressure rating of the class. Source specification: NPS, 0.125 THK.

EPDM (EPR) is specified for very good flexibility at low temperature, excellent hot water and steam resistance. This material stands up to phosphate ester hydraulic fluids, water and steam, and brake fluid. It is not the right choice where mineral oil-based lubricants or aromatic hydrocarbons are present.
