02831.5 is a black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A O-Ring Cord Stock with a cross section of 1.5 mm (0.059 in). In service, this o-ring cord stock provides continuous extruded stock for building one-off or oversized rings.

Viton® (FKM) is specified here for very low compression set at elevated temperature, excellent resistance to compression set and permeation. The material holds up against aromatic hydrocarbons, aggressive chemicals, and chlorinated solvents. Verify compatibility before use with amines or hot water and steam.

Maintenance and OEM teams specify it across aerospace, automotive fuel systems, and oil and gas.
