2.5MM CS X 165MM ID BLACK BUNA 70D

The H2.5X165 is a black Buna-N (Nitrile) 70 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 165 mm (6.496 in), a cross section of 2.5 mm (0.098 in), and an outside diameter of 170 mm (6.69 in). This o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

The compound resists hydraulic fluids, propane and butane, and many alcohols. That behavior comes from the compound itself: Buna-N (Nitrile) is specified for strong abrasion and tear resistance, the most widely specified general-purpose sealing elastomer. Service temperature is rated from -40°F (-40°C) through 250°F (121.1°C). Applications involving ozone and direct sunlight or strong acids call for a different compound.
