The 11770125-05 is a Novoloid Fiber/PTFE Compression Packing built to a 1/8 inch square cross section. This compression packing offers the most economical repairable shaft seal for pumps and valves. Source specification: 5 LB. Box - Approx. 500 FT.

Novoloid Fiber/PTFE is specified for one of the lowest coefficients of friction of any solid and a very wide continuous service temperature range. The compound resists strong acids and bases, oxidizing media, and solvents. Exposure to elemental fluorine at temperature or molten alkali metals will shorten service life.

Typical settings include laboratory equipment, aggressive-media pipelines, and food and beverage.
