This o-ring is supplied in black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A with an inside diameter of 33 mm (1.299 in), a cross section of 1 mm (0.039 in), and an outside diameter of 35 mm (1.38 in), catalogued under part number V1X33. It creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

Viton® (FKM) is specified here for long service life in hot, chemically aggressive environments and very low compression set at elevated temperature. The compound resists many acids, engine and transmission fluids, and aggressive chemicals. Rated temperature range runs from -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C) in continuous service.

It sees regular use in high-temperature process equipment, semiconductor equipment, and oil and gas.
