Ordered as TST244, this is an AS568-244 white PTFE (Teflon) 55 Shore D Back-Up Ring with an inside diameter of 4.234 in (107.54 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 4.512 in (114.6 mm). The back-up ring allows a standard o-ring to operate at higher pressures than it could unsupported.

Expect good resistance to nearly all industrial chemicals, strong acids and bases, and oxidizing media. That behavior comes from the compound itself: PTFE (Teflon) is valued for non-stick, non-contaminating surface characteristics and near-universal chemical inertness.
