This back-up ring is supplied in AS568-362 white PTFE (Teflon) 55 Shore D measuring an inside diameter of 6.225 in (158.12 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 6.645 in (168.78 mm), catalogued under part number TST362. It extends o-ring service life by supporting the seal against extrusion under high pressure.
