Part number V2.5X148 is a black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 148 mm (5.827 in), a cross section of 2.5 mm (0.098 in), and an outside diameter of 153 mm (6.02 in). An o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

Viton® (FKM) offers long service life in hot, chemically aggressive environments and very low compression set at elevated temperature. This material stands up to petroleum oils and fuels, chlorinated solvents, and engine and transmission fluids. Service temperature is rated from -15°F (-26.1°C) through 400°F (204.4°C).
