0M283VB3 is a brown Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A O-Ring Cord Stock built to a cross section of 0.119 in (3 mm). In service, this o-ring cord stock eliminates long lead times on large-diameter custom rings. The catalog record notes: Fluoroelastomer 75 Durometer.

This material stands up to aggressive chemicals, engine and transmission fluids, and aromatic hydrocarbons. Viton® (FKM) is known for outstanding high-temperature capability and very low compression set at elevated temperature. It is not the right choice where low-molecular-weight organic acids or ketones and esters are present.
