0M286S3 is a red Silicone 70 Shore A O-Ring Cord Stock supplied with a cross section of 0.119 in (3 mm). In service, this o-ring cord stock provides continuous extruded stock for building one-off or oversized rings.

The compound resists weathering, many oxidizing chemicals, and ozone and UV exposure. That behavior comes from the compound itself: Silicone offers excellent electrical insulating properties and flexibility that holds at very low temperatures. It is not the right choice where abrasive dynamic service or hydrocarbon fuels and oils are present.
