Part number 30705ASS is an Ever-Tite Stainless Steel Increaser / Reducer Cam and Groove Coupling built to a 3/4 inch nominal size and an adjustment range of 1/2 inch to 3/4 inch. A cam and groove coupling steps a transfer line up or down in size at the coupling.

The material holds up against chemical attack, elevated temperature, and corrosion and oxidation. That behavior comes from the compound itself: Stainless Steel offers excellent corrosion resistance in washdown and marine service, dimensional stability under thermal cycling. Applications involving galvanic pairing with dissimilar metals or chloride stress cracking in some grades call for a different compound.

It is manufactured to MIL-C-27487G ; A-A-59326. Typical settings include pharmaceutical, chemical transfer, and food and beverage processing.
