The 0284H312 is a black Buna-N (Nitrile) 90 Shore A O-Ring Cord Stock with a cross section of 0.312 in (8 mm). This o-ring cord stock eliminates long lead times on large-diameter custom rings.

As a material, Buna-N (Nitrile) is known for low compression set under sustained load and the most widely specified general-purpose sealing elastomer. The compound resists water, many alcohols, and petroleum-based oils. Exposure to strong acids or ozone and direct sunlight will shorten service life.
