11770187-10 is a Novoloid Fiber/PTFE Compression Packing built to a 3/16 inch square cross section. In service, this compression packing offers the most economical repairable shaft seal for pumps and valves. This item is further identified as 10 LB. Box - Approx. 500 FT.

It resists strong acids and bases, steam, and nearly all industrial chemicals. Novoloid Fiber/PTFE delivers near-universal chemical inertness and a very wide continuous service temperature range. It is not the right choice where service requiring elastic recovery or molten alkali metals are present.
