This compression packing is supplied in Aramid Filament Packing supplied with a 3/4 inch square cross section, catalogued under part number 11780750-10. It offers the most economical repairable shaft seal for pumps and valves. Source specification: 10 LB. Box - Approx. 27 FT.

Aramid Filament Packing is specified here for controlled leakage that lubricates and cools the shaft, braided construction that conforms to the stuffing box. The compound resists process media, shaft wear, and elevated temperature and pressure. Rated for service to approximately 500°F.
