11770750-05 is a Novoloid Fiber/PTFE Compression Packing supplied with a 3/4 inch square cross section. In service, this compression packing offers the most economical repairable shaft seal for pumps and valves. Source specification: 5 LB. Box - Approx. 15 FT.

Novoloid Fiber/PTFE is specified here for excellent dielectric properties and non-stick, non-contaminating surface characteristics. This material stands up to strong acids and bases, nearly all industrial chemicals, and steam. It should not be specified for service in elemental fluorine at temperature or service requiring elastic recovery.
