4 BRASS COMBINATION NIPPLE

3TCNB400 is an APG Brass Combination Nipple measuring a 4 inch nominal size. In service, this combination nipple joins a hose shank to a male NPT thread in one piece.

This material stands up to atmospheric exposure, corrosion in water service, and moderate pressure. Brass delivers good strength with dependable sealing at threaded joints, good corrosion resistance in water and mild chemical service. Applications involving strong acids or dezincification in aggressive water call for a different compound.

Typical settings include plumbing and process piping, general industrial, and water and irrigation.
