40 X 62 X 9 NITRILE OIL SEAL

This oil seal is supplied in Buna-N (Nitrile) measuring a 040 inch inside diameter, a 062 inch outside diameter, and a height of 009 inch, catalogued under part number MOS-040-062-009-TC. It seals a rotating shaft against lubricant loss and contaminant ingress. Source specification: Rubber Covered OD, Double Lip W/ Spring.

The material holds up against hydraulic fluids, greases and lubricants, and petroleum-based oils. Buna-N (Nitrile) is known for reliable performance in both static and dynamic service, low compression set under sustained load. It should not be specified for service in ketones or polar solvents.
