40 X 90 X 10 NITRILE OIL SEAL

MOS-040-090-010-TC is a Buna-N (Nitrile) Double Lip with Spring Oil Seal supplied with a 040 inch inside diameter, a 090 inch outside diameter, and a height of 010 inch. In service, this oil seal uses a garter spring to maintain constant lip load against the shaft. This item is further identified as Rubber Covered OD, Double Lip W/ Spring.

Buna-N (Nitrile) is specified here for strong abrasion and tear resistance, low compression set under sustained load. The compound resists hydraulic fluids, greases and lubricants, and petroleum-based oils.
