Part number 4MRF4 is a Reflex Gauge Glass. A gauge glass seats in a gauge frame to give a protected, direct view of process level.

Borosilicate gauge glass is specified here for borosilicate construction for thermal shock resistance and clear, direct visual indication of liquid level. Expect good resistance to chemical attack from water and steam, thermal shock, and internal pressure. It is not the right choice where mechanical impact or abrasive cleaning are present.
