TFE Impregnated Non-Asbestos Packing is specified here for excellent dielectric properties and non-stick, non-contaminating surface characteristics. Expect good resistance to solvents, strong acids and bases, and steam. It is not the right choice where molten alkali metals or service requiring elastic recovery are present.
