11750312-10 is a Graphite Filament Packing Compression Packing built to a 5/16 inch square cross section. In service, this compression packing is cut into rings and stacked in a stuffing box, then compressed by the gland to seal a rotating or reciprocating shaft. This item is further identified as 10 LB. It resists very high temperature, steam, and thermal shock. Graphite Filament Packing offers conformability that seals imperfect flange faces and near-zero creep relaxation under load. Verify compatibility before use with highly oxidizing service above rated temperature or strong oxidizing acids.
