568-001 URETHANE 90 ORINGS -PREM GRADE

This o-ring is supplied in AS568-001 clear Polyurethane (AU/EU) 90 Shore A supplied with an inside diameter of 0.029 in (0.74 mm), a cross section of 0.04 in (1.02 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.109 in (2.77 mm), catalogued under part number U90001. It creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

As a material, Polyurethane (AU/EU) is known for outstanding extrusion resistance at elevated pressure and exceptional abrasion resistance. This material stands up to ozone, abrasion and wear, and petroleum oils. The material carries a published service range of -65°F (-53.9°C) to 200°F (93.3°C). Exposure to prolonged humidity at elevated temperature or ketones will shorten service life.

It sees regular use in press and forming equipment, high-pressure fluid power, and hydraulic cylinders.
