A80003 is an AS568-003 black Aflas (TFE/P) 80 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 0.056 in (1.42 mm), a cross section of 0.06 in (1.52 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.176 in (4.47 mm). In service, this o-ring delivers dependable bidirectional sealing in a compact groove envelope.

This material stands up to hot water, sour gas and hydrogen sulfide, and brake fluids and phosphate esters. That behavior comes from the compound itself: Aflas (TFE/P) is widely chosen for proven performance in aggressive downhole environments and exceptional resistance to amine-based additives. Service temperature is rated from -25°F (-31.7°C) through 450°F (232.2°C). Applications involving low-temperature dynamic service or aromatic hydrocarbons call for a different compound.

It sees regular use in geothermal equipment, power generation, and chemical processing.
