The VITON75003 is an AS568-003 black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 0.056 in (1.42 mm), a cross section of 0.06 in (1.52 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.176 in (4.47 mm). This o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

This material stands up to aromatic hydrocarbons, aggressive chemicals, and chlorinated solvents. That behavior comes from the compound itself: Viton® (FKM) is valued for long service life in hot, chemically aggressive environments, excellent resistance to compression set and permeation. The material carries a published service range of -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). It should not be specified for service in hot water and steam or amines.

Typical settings include chemical processing, semiconductor equipment, and aerospace.
