This o-ring is supplied in AS568-003 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 70 Shore A supplied with an inside diameter of 0.056 in (1.42 mm), a cross section of 0.06 in (1.52 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.176 in (4.47 mm), catalogued under part number HS70003. It delivers dependable bidirectional sealing in a compact groove envelope.

Expect good resistance to heat and oxidation, petroleum oils and fuels, and sour gas and amine inhibitors. That behavior comes from the compound itself: HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is known for excellent abrasion and tear strength, improved ozone and weathering resistance over standard nitrile. Rated temperature range runs from -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C) in continuous service. Exposure to chlorinated hydrocarbons or esters will shorten service life.
