568-004 HSN90 DURO ORINGS

The HSN90004 is an AS568-004 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 90 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), a cross section of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.21 in (5.33 mm). This o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

It resists modern refrigerants, ozone and weathering, and heat and oxidation. That behavior comes from the compound itself: HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is widely chosen for excellent abrasion and tear strength, strong resistance to rapid gas decompression. Continuous operating temperature is published at -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C). Exposure to chlorinated hydrocarbons or strong oxidizing acids will shorten service life.

Typical settings include heavy-duty powertrain, commercial refrigeration, and oilfield and downhole equipment.
