568-004 URETHANE 90 ORINGS -PREM GRADE

APG stocks the U90004, an AS568-004 clear Polyurethane (AU/EU) 90 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), a cross section of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.21 in (5.33 mm). An o-ring compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.

Expect good resistance to abrasion and wear, ozone, and impact and shock loading. That behavior comes from the compound itself: Polyurethane (AU/EU) offers exceptional abrasion resistance, very high tensile strength and load capacity. Continuous operating temperature is published at -65°F (-53.9°C) to 200°F (93.3°C). Exposure to ketones or hot water and steam will shorten service life.
