Ordered as HSN90006, this is an AS568-006 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 90 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 0.114 in (2.9 mm), a cross section of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.254 in (6.45 mm). The o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

It resists heat and oxidation, sour gas and amine inhibitors, and ozone and weathering. That behavior comes from the compound itself: HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) delivers excellent abrasion and tear strength, long service life in refrigerant and oilfield duty. The material carries a published service range of -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C). Verify compatibility before use with chlorinated hydrocarbons or ketones.
