568-010 FEP ENCAPSULATED SILICONE

TES70010 is an AS568-010 red PTFE-Encapsulated Silicone 70 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 0.239 in (6.07 mm), a cross section of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.379 in (9.63 mm). In service, this o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware. The catalog record notes: ORING 70 Durometer.

It resists steam, wide temperature swings, and nearly all process chemicals. PTFE-Encapsulated Silicone offers chemical inertness of PTFE with the wide temperature range of silicone and a non-contaminating, non-stick sealing surface. The material carries a published service range of -75°F (-59.4°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). Verify compatibility before use with tight-radius dynamic flexing or installation over sharp edges.
