The SV70014 is an AS568-014 black Viton® (FKM) 70 Shore A square profile Quad-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 0.489 in (12.42 mm), a cross section of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.629 in (15.98 mm). This quad-ring seats in a standard o-ring gland while offering improved dynamic performance.

The compound resists aggressive chemicals, chlorinated solvents, and aromatic hydrocarbons. Viton® (FKM) offers the industry benchmark where nitrile reaches its thermal limit, excellent resistance to compression set and permeation. Published continuous service range is -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). Exposure to amines or low-molecular-weight organic acids will shorten service life.
