Part number SV70019 is an AS568-019 black Viton® (FKM) 70 Shore A square profile Quad-Ring with an inside diameter of 0.801 in (20.35 mm), a cross section of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.941 in (23.9 mm). A quad-ring provides a dual sealing band on each contact face for improved reliability.

The compound resists aggressive chemicals, aromatic hydrocarbons, and petroleum oils and fuels. That behavior comes from the compound itself: Viton® (FKM) offers the industry benchmark where nitrile reaches its thermal limit and outstanding high-temperature capability. The material carries a published service range of -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). Exposure to hot water and steam or amines will shorten service life.

Typical settings include high-temperature process equipment, semiconductor equipment, and chemical processing.
