568-019 GREEN HNBR (HSN) 70 ORINGS

HS70019 is an AS568-019 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 70 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 0.801 in (20.35 mm), a cross section of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.941 in (23.9 mm). In service, this o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

The compound resists ozone and weathering, modern refrigerants, and petroleum oils and fuels. That behavior comes from the compound itself: HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is known for long service life in refrigerant and oilfield duty, strong resistance to rapid gas decompression. Published continuous service range is -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C). It should not be specified for service in strong oxidizing acids or esters.
