568-023 HSN90 DURO ORINGS

HSN90023 is an AS568-023 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 90 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 1.051 in (26.7 mm), a cross section of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.191 in (30.25 mm). In service, this o-ring compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.

The material holds up against modern refrigerants, ozone and weathering, and heat and oxidation. HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is specified for strong resistance to rapid gas decompression, long service life in refrigerant and oilfield duty. Service temperature is rated from -40°F (-40°C) through 325°F (162.8°C). Exposure to chlorinated hydrocarbons or esters will shorten service life.

Typical settings include heavy-duty powertrain, oilfield and downhole equipment, and engine timing systems.
