-024 BLACK CHEMOURS VITON 75D O-RING

The VITON75024 is an AS568-024 black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 1.114 in (28.3 mm), a cross section of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.254 in (31.85 mm). This o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

Viton® (FKM) offers outstanding high-temperature capability, excellent resistance to compression set and permeation. Expect good resistance to engine and transmission fluids, aromatic hydrocarbons, and petroleum oils and fuels. Continuous operating temperature is published at -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). Applications involving hot water and steam or ketones and esters call for a different compound.

It sees regular use in semiconductor equipment, high-temperature process equipment, and oil and gas.
