The HSN90026 is an AS568-026 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 90 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 1.239 in (31.47 mm), a cross section of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.379 in (35.03 mm). This o-ring provides a reliable static or dynamic seal by deforming into its gland under assembly load.

As a material, HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is valued for excellent abrasion and tear strength, the oil resistance of nitrile with substantially better heat capability. Expect good resistance to ozone and weathering, heat and oxidation, and petroleum oils and fuels. Rated temperature range runs from -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C) in continuous service. It should not be specified for service in strong oxidizing acids or esters.

It sees regular use in automotive air conditioning, heavy-duty powertrain, and engine timing systems.
