Part number HSN90027 is an AS568-027 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 90 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 1.301 in (33.05 mm), a cross section of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.441 in (36.6 mm). An o-ring provides a reliable static or dynamic seal by deforming into its gland under assembly load.

HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is widely chosen for strong resistance to rapid gas decompression, excellent abrasion and tear strength. The material holds up against ozone and weathering, modern refrigerants, and petroleum oils and fuels. Rated temperature range runs from -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C) in continuous service. It should not be specified for service in esters or chlorinated hydrocarbons.
