568-029 HSN90 DURO ORINGS

Ordered as HSN90029, this is an AS568-029 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 90 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 1.489 in (37.82 mm), a cross section of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.629 in (41.38 mm). The o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is specified here for long service life in refrigerant and oilfield duty, improved ozone and weathering resistance over standard nitrile. The material holds up against heat and oxidation, sour gas and amine inhibitors, and ozone and weathering. Service temperature is rated from -40°F (-40°C) through 325°F (162.8°C). It is not the right choice where esters or ketones are present.

It sees regular use in oilfield and downhole equipment, engine timing systems, and heavy-duty powertrain.
