568-030 HSN90 DURO ORINGS

The HSN90030 is an AS568-030 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 90 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 1.614 in (41 mm), a cross section of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.754 in (44.55 mm). This o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

The compound resists sour gas and amine inhibitors, ozone and weathering, and modern refrigerants. That behavior comes from the compound itself: HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is known for strong resistance to rapid gas decompression, improved ozone and weathering resistance over standard nitrile. Rated temperature range runs from -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C) in continuous service. Exposure to esters or strong oxidizing acids will shorten service life.

It sees regular use in heavy-duty powertrain, engine timing systems, and commercial refrigeration.
