568-031 URETHANE 90 ORINGS -PREM GRADE

This o-ring is supplied in AS568-031 clear Polyurethane (AU/EU) 90 Shore A supplied with an inside diameter of 1.739 in (44.17 mm), a cross section of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.879 in (47.73 mm), catalogued under part number U90031. It creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

Expect good resistance to ozone, abrasion and wear, and impact and shock loading. Polyurethane (AU/EU) is specified for long wear life in dynamic reciprocating service and exceptional abrasion resistance. Continuous operating temperature is published at -65°F (-53.9°C) to 200°F (93.3°C). Applications involving acids and bases or ketones call for a different compound.

Typical settings include mining and heavy equipment, hydraulic cylinders, and high-pressure fluid power.
