568-034 HSN90 DURO ORINGS

Part number HSN90034 is an AS568-034 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 90 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 2.114 in (53.7 mm), a cross section of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), and an outside diameter of 2.254 in (57.25 mm). An o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

The material holds up against ozone and weathering, sour gas and amine inhibitors, and petroleum oils and fuels. HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) offers long service life in refrigerant and oilfield duty, excellent abrasion and tear strength. Rated temperature range runs from -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C) in continuous service. Exposure to strong oxidizing acids or chlorinated hydrocarbons will shorten service life.

Typical settings include automotive air conditioning, engine timing systems, and commercial refrigeration.
