VITON75035 is an AS568-035 black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 2.239 in (56.87 mm), a cross section of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), and an outside diameter of 2.379 in (60.43 mm). In service, this o-ring provides a reliable static or dynamic seal by deforming into its gland under assembly load.

It resists aromatic hydrocarbons, chlorinated solvents, and petroleum oils and fuels. That behavior comes from the compound itself: Viton® (FKM) is widely chosen for the industry benchmark where nitrile reaches its thermal limit and long service life in hot, chemically aggressive environments. Continuous operating temperature is published at -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). It should not be specified for service in hot water and steam or low-molecular-weight organic acids.

It sees regular use in high-temperature process equipment, automotive fuel systems, and semiconductor equipment.
