Part number HSN90035 is an AS568-035 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 90 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 2.239 in (56.87 mm), a cross section of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), and an outside diameter of 2.379 in (60.43 mm). An o-ring compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.

HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) delivers the oil resistance of nitrile with substantially better heat capability, improved ozone and weathering resistance over standard nitrile. This material stands up to heat and oxidation, petroleum oils and fuels, and sour gas and amine inhibitors. Service temperature is rated from -40°F (-40°C) through 325°F (162.8°C). Exposure to strong oxidizing acids or ketones will shorten service life.

It sees regular use in oilfield and downhole equipment, commercial refrigeration, and automotive air conditioning.
